In this sense, we aim to analyze and, if neces­sary, rede­fine proven and reco­gnized concepts in a future-oriented manner, taking into account digi­ta­liza­tion and resource scar­city. An effi­cient purcha­sing orga­niza­tion should support optimal price struc­tures with high avai­la­bi­lity and perfor­mant supplier perfor­mance, with a focus on “proac­tive sourcing”.
